These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ViswaSetu website and services (the "Services"), including browsing campaigns, donating, registering, and accessing any admin areas.
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

ViswaSetu provides information about campaigns and enables online donations. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers (such as Razorpay). We may provide donation acknowledgements/receipts based on payment verification.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration: Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
3.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

4. Donations

4.1. Processing: When you make a donation through our Services, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount you have designated.
4.2. Payment Confirmation: A donation is considered successful only after payment verification is completed. If a payment fails or is not verified, the donation may be marked as failed or pending.
4.3. Receipts: Where applicable, we may issue a receipt/acknowledgement for completed donations. You are responsible for confirming eligibility for any tax benefits under applicable law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Donations are generally voluntary and non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will review on a best-effort basis, subject to payment provider rules and applicable law.

6. User Content

5.1. Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through our Services ("User Content").
5.2. License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing and promoting our Services.
5.3. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or infringe on the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISWASETU, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website prior to the changes becoming effective. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
